Hello, this is Scott, GSE Team Member and the creator of this site.

We only have one more month before we leave for Turkey…crazy! It seems like time has gone by so quickly. We are all trying to make the proper arrangements for our trip, buy needed materials, finish presentations, and have our last couple of meetings before we depart. We are all very busy right now as we are doing this in addition to our ‘day jobs’, but I think we’re all on the right course. I know personally that I’ve really got to get on track with learning some Turkish before I leave!

We have what will probably end up being our second-to-last meeting this upcoming Saturday at group leader Mark Farlow’s place of employment. There we will discuss any last travel preparations, go over our group Powerpoint presentation, and get a group photo (which I will upload here after it’s taken).

As far as this site goes, please take a look around for all of the information one could wish for about our upcoming trip. We will be doing our best to keep this site updated before, during, and even after our travels with our thoughts and photographs.
